At Mavericus Industries, our products are designed with one goal in mind, to help your facility create a fully customized repositioning mold, personalized to each patient’s needs. That means every distinct anatomical feature of your patient translates into the custom mold they will use throughout the duration of their treatment period. From kittens to tigers, and everything in between, our products have been used successfully on all sizes and shapes of our furry loved ones.

Extremities can be raised or lowered, torsos shifted or lifted, placing and holding your patient in the exact position needed for maximum treatment accuracy.

Custom Molds Created Quickly and Easily
Critter Cradles™ brand foam and forms have been designed to set up quickly and easily, with minimum effort and maximum results. Our unique form is simple to get your patient into and out of the exact position needed for treatment.

A simple, pre-fabricated form is used to create your patient’s mold. The base form is laid on the treatment table, and two non-toxic liquid solutions are combined to form the foaming agent, and all placed inside a blue protection barrier. The patient simply lays onto the form, while the now-combined foaming agent is gently expanding between the form and the soft protection barrier, creating an anatomical mold that will hold your patient in the desired set-up position.

The patient is surrounded with warm foam as it begins to rise around every contour and crevice of their unique anatomy. Once the foam has finished forming and hardened, the patient is lifted out and the form is complete. It’s that simple! Now the form is ready to be labeled with the individual patient’s name, and set aside for each treatment use. Ports can be cut with a standard serrated knife as needed.
